I have several computers that access my DS412+ NAS and one can't login because I get the message "this IP address has been blocked because it has reached the maximum number of failed login attempts". I don't remember having any problem with the login of this computer and the other computers have no problem with login. Using a different computer I did a login and went to Control Panel/Security to remove the Blocked IP address but none were listed.
I don't know how to correct this problem. I also have a DS1515+ on the same network but it is working normally.
