Item Timbangan

Integrating Weighted Item (with units of grams or kilograms) with weighing machines.

Steps for processing the Weighted Item:

1. CAUTION: Make sure the unit item created (UOM) is KG (kilograms) instead of PCS
2. Empty field "SKU / Barcode"
3. Note: If the field "SKU / Bar Code" has been filled, and it is different with the ITEM ID, then the SKU / Barcode must be changed, equated with the ITEM ID
4. Go to C: \ DigiMap
5. Delete files plu1.csv (make sure no file with the name "PLU" inside folder C: \ DigiMap)
6. Sign in to KASIR.NET Administrator Page
7. Go to the Main Menu Item
8. Click the Export Button (system will export all items that have "KG" uom)
9. When there is a pop-up window, select "Save to Disk"
10. Note: Default Save folder is at C: \ DigiMap
11. Go to C: \ DigiMap
12. Note: The default file name in the save is plu1.csv
13. Note: if the export is successful, will appear with the name plu1.csv new file in the folder C: / DigiMap
14. Open DigiMap.exe



15. Click "Convert default file"
16. Note: if successful, it will display the message "SUCCESSFUL!"
17. Go to C:\DigiNet
18. Open DigiNet.exe
    
    


19. Enter the username: admin and password: admin
20. Click the icon PLU (far left)
21. Select the TAB LIST
22. Note: The Converted item from DigiMap will go into the LIST in DigiNet, if you do not see the item that you export, repeat steps 6
    
    


23. Click the "Upload All Items" (folder icon with a picture & text 'DB')
24. Note: upon the successful upload, all item will be sent to the scales, please check the machine scales
25. Note: if the item has not yet been uploaded, check to see if the scales are connected to the NETWORK, this is how to do it:
    • Open DigiNet.exe
    • After the username and password filled in, click the icon "Ping Scales"
    • Scale Column 01 must contain the IP: 10.0.0.50
    • Press the PING
    • When online, it will display a check in the ONLINE column



26. Go to C:\DigiMap
27. Open the file with Excel plu1.csv
28. Print the contents, if necessary, edit by removing the barcode (CSxxxxxxxx) & prices
29. The printed result will be PLU CODE & NAME OF ITEM only

Steps Print Barcode on Scales:

1. Type "PLU CODE weighed goods", eg 11
2. Press "PLU Code"
3. Press "Enter / Print"
