Directions to convert MS Outlook PST files in Zimbra TGZ format

STEP 1

Start PST to Zimbra Wizard, it will automatically load Outlook PST emails from default location and also offers facility to load emails manually by selecting Open option.

STEP 2

Select email folder to load mails in software panel.

STEP 3

Click on any email to read email information.

STEP 4

Select mailbox folder (s) to convert and select Save.

STEP 5

Choose destination path and press Ok.

STEP 6

Email migration process is running, please wait.

STEP 7

Convert successfully, now press Ok.

STEP 8

Go to destination path and unzip resultant file.

STEP 9

At last run Zimbra and choose Preferences << Import/Export << Choose File option to import resultant TGZ file in Zimbra.
