OS Web based

Screenshot of Guacamole 0.9.4

What is Guacamole?

Guacamole is a clientless remote desktop gateway. It supports standard protocols like VNC and RDP.
We call it clientless because no plugins or client software are required.
Thanks to HTML5, once Guacamole is installed on a server, all you need to access your desktops is a web browser.

Is it free?

Yes!
Guacamole is and will always be free and open source software. It is licensed under the MIT License.
We feel this sets us apart from other remote desktop solutions, and gives us adistinct advantage.

How do I get it?

Download Guacamole by clicking the button above. You will need a Linux or UNIX computer to host Guacamole.
Be sure to read the installation instructions, which are part of the manual.
For past releases and other download options, please see the release archives.
